ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and maintain customer acquisition/retention/reactivation models as well as database optimization, response analysis and lifetime value models
Data Preparation for modeling, including working with diverse client files and pre-modeling data manipulation
Manage modeling and database development and coordinate with existing analytic & programming team
This is a client facing position including preparation & presentation of model reports, conclusions and relevant findings
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data models, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing data processes. If you are passionate about data modeling and have expertise in SQL, Agile methodologies, analytics, AWS, Hadoop, ETL, Red Shift, Rost Gres, Python, Informatica, and other related tools, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications- Strong statistical modeling and analytics skills, including experience with predictive modeling, segmentation, and marketing analytics.
- Advanced programming proficiency in SAS and R, including data manipulation, automation of workflows, and development of reusable code.
- Data management and database skills, such as SQL querying, data integration, and working with large B2B and B2C customer and prospect datasets.
- Applied marketing and business skills, including familiarity with direct marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, cross-sell, and reactivation strategies.
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- BS or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working in a marketing services, agency, or consulting environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an on-site team setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients
