• The position involves overseeing operations at a luxury medical spa in Newtown, CT.
• This full-time role requires managing a team, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• The candidate must have experience in retail or spa management and be adept in handling administrative tasks.

• Minimum 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in luxury retail, spa, or aesthetic industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance.
• Strong customer service skills with experience in handling escalations.
• Proficient in managing payroll, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Computer proficiency and strong administrative accuracy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Experience in medical spa, dermatology, aesthetics, or luxury retail environments preferred.
• College degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with KPIs, sales reporting, and CRM or scheduling systems.
