• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Assembling, inspecting, and packing products
• Conducting quality checks and basic testing
• Following production procedures and work instructions
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Working collaboratively to achieve production targets
• Reporting machinery faults or quality concerns

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to follow procedures and work safely to production targets
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
