Caraluzzi's Markets is looking for experienced bakery managers to join its growing team. We strive to provide a great working environment for our associates and to exceed our customers shopping experience on a daily basis. Our bakeries our built upon offering fresh breads, cakes, and baked goods on a daily basis and providing decadent desserts for everyday or that special occasion.
Required:
- Experience working in a retail and/or supermarket environment
- Friendly and Positive Attitude
- Proven ability to train and manage a full staff of bakers.
- Ability to follow program and direct staff to achieve goals
Job Entails
- Managing, scheduling and training staff
- Ordering and replenishment of supplies and products
- Merchandising
- Cake decorating
- Baking
- Superior customer service
- Other duties as required
