We are looking for an experienced, fashion-forward Senior Bridal Stylist
who loves working with people, enjoys building lasting relationships, and thrives in a luxury boutique environment.

This position begins as
part-time (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) could be Full Time with the opportunity to grow into a
full-time Assistant Manager
role for the right individual.

As a Senior Bridal Stylist, in a luxury environment, you'll guide brides and their families through one of the most memorable shopping experiences of their lives while providing exceptional service from the first appointment through the final order.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting personalized bridal styling appointments
• Helping brides, mothers, and special occasion clients find the perfect attire and accessories
• Providing professional styling recommendations based on each client's vision, personality, and budget
• Building lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service
• Processing customer orders accurately
• Managing appointment details and client follow-up
• Greeting and assisting customers at the front desk
• Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the boutique
• Merchandising displays and dressing window presentations
• Supporting trunk shows, special events, and promotional activities
• Assisting with daily boutique operations as directed by management

• Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys working with people
• Mature, confident, authentic, and professional
• Fashion-forward with a polished personal appearance
• Highly motivated and enjoys a fast-paced environment

• Well spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required
• Bridal, luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or special occasion sales experience is highly preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and during peak bridal seasons

• Ability to stand for extended periods during appointments
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise
• Ability to comfortably work in a two-story boutique and use stairs throughout the day
