We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and organized Electrical foreman for Commercial/Industrial/Health care Wiring.
The Electrical Foreman oversees daily on-site operations for electrical projects. This role balances manual electrical labor with supervisory tasks like scheduling, coordinating materials, and training crew members. The foreman manages a crew of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to electrical codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Crews:
Direct journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks. - Read Blueprints:
Interpret schematics, construction drawings, and specifications. - Ensure Safety:
Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies. - Manage Materials:
Order, track, and allocate tools and electrical supplies. - Monitor Progress:
Keep projects on schedule and within budget limits. - Maintain Quality:
Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC). - Coordinate Trades:
Collaborate with general contractors and other trade foremen.

Requirements:
Current CT E-2 License
Valid Drivers License and good transportation
