Electrical Superintendent

Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day field operations on electrical construction projects.
- Supervise electricians, apprentices, subcontractors, and field crews.
- Manage manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment to maintain productivity.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules.
- Conduct daily planning meetings and safety briefings.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity while proactively resolving issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, manpower logs, and change orders.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of electrical construction experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Experience as a Foreperson, General Foreperson, Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.
- Working knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and construction best practices.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and related construction software.
- Valid driver's license.

Job Type & Location
This is a permanent position based out of Newtown, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
