Principal​/Associate Transport Planner

We're looking for an experienced Principal or Associate Transport Planner to join our established Cambridge team and play a leading role in our continued growth. This is a great opportunity to guide a talented group of transport planners and shape strategy across a wide range of development and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Transport Director, a recognised expert in land development, you will lead project delivery from early concept through to completion, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior colleagues.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to produce high‑quality transport assessments, travel plans, modelling and environmental work.

• Strong experience across transport planning, ideally in land development.
• Proven leadership and project delivery skills.
