Service Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Trained Service Engineer to join a growing Service Team with a market-leading manufacturer of high-speed industrial doors.

The Role As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out electrical and mechanical repairs Attending reactive service and repair jobs across the Southern UK Completing all required paperwork and documentation Keeping accurate job records Working closely with customers and the service team Staying on site until the job is completed Working on a shift rotation:
Tuesday Saturday Sunday Thursday About You The successful candidate will have: A full UK driving licence A positive, practical and can-do attitude The ability to work independently and solve problems A willingness to stay on site and complete the job to a high standard Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable Experience & Qualifications The following would be advantageous, but are not essential :
Previous experience in a similar Service Engineer role Industrial engineering experience Mechanical or workshop experience Experience working with control panels Electrical testing experience Electrical or Mechanical qualifications IPAF Licence Excellent Benefits Package 7% company pension contribution employee non-contributory pension scheme Annual tax-free Employee Ownership Bonus £3,600 paid in each of the last 3 years 24 days annual leave  Bank Holidays Additional paid Birthday Day Two additional half-day holidays on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve £400 annual holiday spending allowance Company Share Scheme with annual dividend, dependent on company performance Salary:
