Joiner, Building Maintenance

Joiner urgently required to join the Northern Ireland Housing Executive team, based in Newtownabbey. This position will be initially temporary for three months, with the potential for extension based on performance. Working hours are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday offering an hourly rate of £14.35. The successful candidate will be required to travel to various properties to perform essential joinery tasks.

Main responsibilities will include fitting kitchen units, Fitting internal and external doors. First fix work including stud walls, door frames and Windows. Second fix work including floor coverings,skirtings and architraves. Fitting floor and wall tiles. What We Need From You
- Successfully completed a Joinery apprenticeship
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience in a Joinery environment
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements
- Full, clean, UK driving licence
- Willing to undergo an Access NI police check What We Will Offer You
