Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer to join a well-established maintenance team at a commercial site in Euston, London. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically, mechanically, or fabric-biased engineer looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment. • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Electrical, mechanical, and general fabric maintenance
• Basic fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
• Maintenance of lighting, power, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and plumbing systems
• General building fabric tasks (door repairs, basic carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Escorting subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to standard
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
• Completing job sheets and maintenance reports

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred but not essential with experience)
• Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
• Good all-round building services knowledge (electrical, mechanical or fabric bias)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team-working ability
• Proactive and reliable approach to work

• £36,000 basic salary
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (No shifts)
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
