The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks within the government program are complete and up to date. This person will also serve as the Facilities Security Officer to ensure that the site maintains compliance. This person will be the main point of contact for document control with the government program. The Compliance Coordinator will report to the Program Director.
- Coordinate yearly audit schedule and ensure requirements are met
- Track Corrective and Preventative Action requests to ensure the team responds appropriately to issues within the government program
- Work with employees to update procedures
- Coordinate back shift audits to comply with government requirements and store relevant findings, ensuring the affected department is notified of any findings
- Support the Program Director with administrative duties
- Submit clearance approval documents for incoming program employees as needed
- Develop and maintain the document control program for the NFNY business unit
To be successful in this position, you must:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, preferred
- Be detail oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting or equivalent
- Be a US Citizen willing and able to obtain government clearance
