What You'll Do

- Coordinate and manage schedules for Personal Care Aides and nurses to ensure seamless client care

- Communicate real-time updates with caregivers, clients, and families

- Respond to last-minute call-offs and schedule changes

- Monitor visits using EVV systems and ensure compliance and accuracy

- Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate when necessary

- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation in systems like Alaya Care

- Support team reporting, tracking, and coordination needs

- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service

Work Environment

Office-based, collaborative team setting

Fast-paced and dynamic environment

Mission-driven work supporting client care

Shift: 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM, 4 days/week (includes weekends)
