Learning Trainer

Amazon is seeking a Learning Trainer to design, deliver, and optimize training for Transportation & Logistics teams. In this role, you'll create data-driven learning programs for associates and leaders, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. You will facilitate engaging classroom and virtual sessions, develop e learning content, and evaluate effectiveness using metrics and feedback. Partnering closely with operations, you'll identify skill gaps, implement continuous improvement, and support new process and technology launches in a fast-moving, customer-obsessed environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training for transportation and logistics teams
• Develop e-learning modules, job aids, and training materials aligned with operational goals
• Assess skill gaps using performance data, feedback, and quality/safety metrics
• Continuously improve training content based on data, audits, and stakeholder input
• Support onboarding and upskilling for associates, leads, and frontline managers
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Safety to align learning programs to business needs
• Measure training effectiveness and report results using quantitative and qualitative data
• Coordinate training schedules and logistics across shifts and sites
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory training requirements
• Support new process, technology, and tool rollouts through targeted training initiatives
