Secured Finance Associate

Overview

• Focuses on structuring, drafting, and negotiating middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions.
• Requires strong hands-on experience with UCC Article 9.
• Syndicated asset-based lending experience is preferred.

Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Finance Associate with 3-5 years of experience. We are open to having this candidate sit in our Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York or Philadelphia office. Candidates should have significant hands-on experience in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions, with strong UCC Article 9 experience essential and syndicated asset-based lending experience preferred.

Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in their respective state.

The target annual pay range for this role in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York is $260,000 - $350,000. Positions outside of Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome's total compensation package for employees.
