Pay rate:
Starting at $30.00 per hour (DOE)
Working hours:
6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Assemble and test fluid-flow equipment for heating & cooling and fire safety systems to specification while following all safety and company guidelines.
Job Duties:- Use drawings/wiring diagrams, hand tools, and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
- Test assembled units for acceptance of engineering and customer specifications.
- Report on issues, malfunctions, or defective parts.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Uphold established production rates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience with in at least one of these areas is required for training: pipe fitting, welding, and/or electrical/conduit work.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly, and mechanical drawings.
- Must have strong mechanical skills and experience with basic hand and light power tools.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to do basic computer tasks.
