** 36-48 hours per week (overtime as needed)

* Shifts:

** 8- or 12-hour rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights, weekends)

** Flexibility required:
** Overtime or short-notice changes may occur based on business needs

** What You Bring*

* Education:

** High School Diploma or equivalent required

* Experience:

** Previous light manufacturing preferred

* Skills:

* + Computer basics and mechanical aptitude

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

+ Familiarity with OSHA, environmental, and ISO regulations

+ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and independently

** Other:*
* + Willingness to work overtime or rotating shifts as needed

+ Valid Forklift License preferred (or ability to obtain)

** Work Environment*
* + Hands-on role in a high-energy, dynamic facility (mixing, extrusion, crushing, kilns, mills, etc.)

+ Exposure to temperature changes, dust, and industrial equipment

Physical requirements:

Lift up to 55 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, stand/walk for extended periods
