Registered Nurse – ICU

$652.80/week –

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care within a float pool setting. Candidates must be adaptable and well-versed in critical care protocols to support various ICU units as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer intensive care and monitor critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration.
• Respond promptly to clinical emergencies and stabilize patients.
• Document patient information accurately in compliance with hospital policies.
• Maintain competency in ICU procedures and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care settings.
• Strong ability to adapt to different ICU environments within the float pool.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
