Position: Seasonal Sales Associate (Store 2327)
Game Stop - 1575 Military Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests, assisting them with their video gaming needs, recommending additional items as appropriate; applying all selling behaviors during every transaction; expressing gratitude to every guest for choosing Game Stop;
Fully support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and actively contribute to all store sales initiatives throughout the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to ensure all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and transferring products from stock room to front of store, ensuring products are well-presented;
Meet store sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals; address guest questions/concerns and escalate issues to a store keyholder
