Teammate- Apparel

Value Chain (Going Going Gone!), a value-focused retailer in the Retail Trade industry, is seeking a Teammate
- Apparel to support a fast-paced, customer-focused store. In this role, you'll greet shoppers, assist with apparel selection and sizing, and deliver friendly, efficient service at the register. You will maintain clean, well-organized apparel displays, replenish inventory, and help execute markdowns and promotions. The position also supports truck unloads, tagging, stockroom organization, and inventory counts while following all safety and loss prevention procedures and working closely with teammates to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide apparel product recommendations and sizing assistance
• Operate POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain apparel floor standards, including folding, hanging, and organizing merchandise
• Replenish sales floor from backroom stock and support inventory counts
• Set and maintain visual merchandising and signage for promotions and markdowns
• Follow loss prevention, safety, and company operational procedures
• Assist with truck unloads, tagging, and organizing backroom stock
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet sales and productivity goals
