This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, supporting mobile checks and rapid response across the site. You will deliver customer-focused communication while working with a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards to operations.

+ Control access at entrances and interior checkpoints by monitoring authorized entry, checking identification as directed, and directing visitors, contractors, and drivers to proper destinations.

+ Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, monitor alarms and/or surveillance systems as assigned, and communicate clearly using radios, phones, and other equipment.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A Guard Card/License is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
