Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and document visitor, vehicle, and contractor activity;
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications; promptly notify appropriate site personnel of observed hazards;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
