Securitas is seeking PT Security Officers to protect people, property, and assets for diverse client sites. In this part-time role, you will patrol facilities, control access, respond to incidents, and deliver professional customer service while upholding site rules and safety procedures. Officers monitor alarms and cameras, complete detailed incident reports, and assist in emergencies. Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises to deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe behavior
- Monitor entrances, exits, and security systems; verify identification and access credentials
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; escalate and notify authorities as needed
- Complete detailed incident and activity reports in a timely, accurate manner
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
- Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and company security policies
- Conduct routine safety checks, including doors, gates, and critical equipment
- Assist with crowd control and traffic flow during events or peak hours
- Communicate clearly via radios, phones, and written logs with team and supervisors
- Participate in ongoing training, drills, and certifications to maintain readiness
