FLEX​/FLOAT Security Officers

Securitas seeks FLEX/FLOAT Security Officers to provide reliable on-site protection at multiple client locations. In this role, you will cover various shifts and sites, performing access control, patrols, and monitoring of entrances, exits, and security systems. You will respond to incidents and emergencies, document events with clear reports, and deliver professional customer service. Securitas offers structured training, licensing support, and opportunities to advance into specialist or supervisory roles while helping safeguard people, property, and assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible security coverage at multiple client sites as a float officer
• Control access, verify identification, and monitor entrances and exits
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and security systems where required
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms following post orders
• Document incidents and daily activities with clear, accurate reports
• Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• Follow all safety, compliance, and company policies and procedures
