ALDI - 1030 East John Sims Parkway - Responsibilities:
Oversees the appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with store management as needed;
Leads, develops, and supervises the team to develop sales, engage our teams, satisfy our customers and achieve consistent high performance;
Stocks shelves and displays neatly while following merchandising planograms to maximize sales;
Properly utilizes the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately scan and process customer purchases;
Executes opening and closing duties in the absence of store management
