This role is not an IT project management position. When a class action lawsuit concludes, Associate Project Managers (APMs) oversee the class action administration piece of the litigation. The APM reports to the Project Manager—the primary face of Epiq operations to clients—and coordinates with sales representatives, data analysts, web developers, call‑center supervisors, disbursement specialists, claims analysts, and other personnel to ensure project deliverables are met.

Superior client communication skills—both verbal and written—are required.

• Project Financial Requirements – Provide timely and accurate budget/estimate review and management; monthly revenue forecasting; and monthly invoice review.
• Project Execution & Resource Management – Continually monitor, evaluate, and guide project staff to meet deliverables on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
• Process Improvements – Consistently seek ways to improve Epiq processes and procedures to deliver services more profitably to clients.
• Economic Objectives – Meet billable‑hour goals and ensure these targets are met for direct reports.
• Foster a team environment and build cooperation among client‑services, inter‑company, Epiq‑company, and sales teams to achieve quality, revenue, and efficiency/profit goals.

• Project management experience is required; PMP certification through PMI is preferred.
• Strong technical orientation, excellent computer skills, exceptional planning and organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail.
• Prior banking or financial services industry experience is preferred; prior client‑service/project‑management experience is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written). Candidates should understand the legal services industry and communicate effectively with lawyers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, MBA, or similar advanced degree preferred.

Work is fast‑paced and performed in a work‑from‑home environment with extensive video and phone contact with clients and employees. The industry demands the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information.
