*** THIS IS A TRAVELING ONSITE ROLE, REQUIRES UP TO 100% TRAVEL***

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily field operations for industrial construction projects.
  • Manage subcontractors and self-perform crews to ensure productivity, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute project schedules, manpower plans, and site logistics.
  • Conduct daily huddles, progress meetings, and weekly safety meetings.
  • Enforce OSHA, MIOSHA, and company safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Monitor project quality, schedule performance, and subcontractor compliance.
  • Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
  • Identify and communicate scope changes, schedule impacts, and field issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Assist with project turnover, punch lists, commissioning, and closeout activities.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial construction projects.
  • Experience leading large, multi-union crews and coordinating multiple subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Understanding of industrial construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with Primavera, Prolog, Viewpoint, or similar construction management software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • MIOSHA 10-Hour Certification.
  • First Aid/CPR and Accident Investigation training.
