This position serves as part of the Creative Arts Team to lead worship for Sunday services and events.
Essential
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead worship for our weekend services on a regularly scheduled basis at any of our campus locations
- Lead worship for large events and worship events as needed
- Be fully prepared and present for all rehearsals as scheduled
- Connect regularly with your supervisor for mentorship and development
- Submit your hours regularly through Southland’s Paycor account
- Attend staff meetings if other work schedules allow
- Other Duties as assigned
The schedule for this position includes a weeknight rehearsal (~2hours) as well as, ~7 hours on Sundays at varying campus locations.
