As an Onsite Travel Consultant you will work at the client’s location in Florence, KY, collaborating directly with the client to provide outstanding service and support. In this role you will assist with travel arrangements, address client needs, and ensure a seamless and positive travel experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.
What You’ll Do- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel of varying complexity for air, road, rail, and accommodations
- Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) – Sabre
- Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
- Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests
- Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels
- Experience with Aims is a plus
- Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
- Native GDS expertise – Sabre
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
- Strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently or with supplier
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
- Flexibility to work day, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends (24×7 operations)
US national base salary range: $39,200.00 – $72,800.00. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
