Customer Service Representative; Account Solutions

While this is a customer service role, you will also support customers with past due accounts by offering payment options and solutions. No collections experience is required. What You’ll Do

• Talk with customers and understand their situation
• Help customers find manageable repayment solutions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (we train you)
• Use empathy and problem-solving to create positive outcomes
• Stay organized and meet performance goals

What You Bring

No collections experience needed. We’ll train you.

• Customer service experience (retail, call center, or similar)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in tough conversations

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
