We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Designer with 3–5+ years of residential landscape design/build experience
.
- Design and develop residential landscape, hardscape, and outdoor living projects
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision
- Coordinate projects from design through installation
- Apply strong knowledge of plants, landscape materials, and design principles
- Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and client expectations
- Collaborate with field teams and provide guidance throughout projects
- Prepare and present landscape designs to clients
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong background in Landscape Design
- Knowledge of plants, hardscaping, and outdoor living
- Experience with Dyna Scapes or similar CAD software
- Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent residential landscape design/build experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Must live in/near Louisville, KY
, or be willing to relocate
