Automation PLC Area Lead – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences
Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project thats transforming how medicines are made.
We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Automation PLC Area Leader to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.
The Area Lead may personally author, own, coordinate, review, or approve the following:
- Automation design basis and control philosophy
- PLC system architecture
- Rockwell hardware and controller strategy
- Industrial network and communication architecture
- PLC/HMI functional design specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Extensive progressive automation, controls, or industrial control-system experience.
- Strong experience designing and delivering complex PLC-based automation systems.
- Experience converting process and user requirements into functional automation designs.
