Kokosing Industrial, Inc. is seeking a CAD/BIM Specialist for Structural Concrete Modeling to join our Westerville office. You will develop accurate 3D concrete models from bid drawings to aid estimating and preconstruction, and generate quantity takeoffs for diverse concrete elements.
Work with estimators, preconstruction staff, and project teams; opportunities exist to cross-train in AGTEK modeling and On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software. Strong attention to detail and collaboration are essential.
