Senior​/ Junior IT Executive (Support

We are seeking a
Senior / Junior IT Executive (Support)to provide reliable IT support and system administration for our growing organisation.

• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications and network components
• Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users
• Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors
• Provide guidance and recommendations to colleagues on best practices for using systems and technologies within the company
• Conduct regular system backups minimize data loss in the event of a system failure
• Maintain IT related Fixed Assets to support onboarding / offboarding process
• Maintain and ensure compliance with all IT / ISO related policies and procedures
• Collaborate with vendors, project leads and users to resolve issues and ensure consistent, viable solutions
• Update the core Word Press, manage plugin license and maintain pages and content
• Report generation and data analysis. Proficient in MS Office

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
• Familiarity with Windows systems and environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of SQL & Excel Is a MUST requirement
• Familiarity with Word Press would be advantageous
