Are you ready to champion the next generation of business intelligence, automation, and AI initiatives in a high-impact leadership role? Primestaff Services is partnering with a growing NW Ohio construction company seeking a strategic Director of Business Systems and Analytics to drive enterprise reporting, business systems, data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. This leader will serve as a bridge between operations, finance, project management, and technology to improve decision-making, reporting accuracy, and organizational efficiency.
The position is focused on enterprise business systems, data architecture, analytics, reporting, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead enterprise reporting and analytics strategy
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Standardize reporting and improve visibility into business performance.
- Develop data governance and reporting frameworks.
- Oversee integration of ERP and business systems into centralized reporting platforms.
- Improve data quality and reduce manual reporting processes.
- Create and implement a roadmap for automation and AI initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Establish governance and best practices for AI adoption.
- Partner with executive leadership on data-driven decision-making and collaborate across business and technology teams.
- Lead adoption of reporting and analytics solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, business intelligence, or related leadership roles.
- Experience with ERP systems, reporting environments, and dashboard development.
- Strong knowledge of data governance and analytics strategy.
- Experience with Power BI or comparable BI platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in project-based or operationally complex industries.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SQL, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
- Experience implementing automation and AI solutions.
- Background leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
