Position: Integration Business Analyst (Tech Focus)

Requirements Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
– Over 2 years of relevant experience in Salesforce administration, analysis, or business systems roles
– Preferred:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
– Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and related Azure environments
– Solid understanding of Microsoft software suites and application server configurations
– Strong troubleshooting abilities and systematic problem‑solving skills
– Capable of working independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
– Keen attention to detail while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of data

Responsibilities:

– Gather and document business requirements, acting as the intermediary between stakeholders and tech teams
– Convert requirements into user stories and define acceptance criteria
– Document both current and prospective state processes, along with integration mappings
– Collaborate with IS leadership to maintain and prioritize backlog items
– Assist in planning and executing change management initiatives
– Partner with QA to create test plans and support validation efforts
– Configure Sitecore CMS for the Customer Portal
– Set up the FiServe XD Online Banking platform
– Execute data mapping and testing for third‑party system integrations
– Conduct tests on internal .NET applications and scheduled tasks
