Identifyandfixcommonabends,alertsupportstaffwhenproblemsdevelop,escalateissuestomanagementwhenSLA'smaybejeopardized,anddocumentallissuesinwriting(viaServiceNowtickets:Incidents&Incident Tasks).Clearandeffectivewrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsarerequired.
Efficientuseofsystemtools(i.e.Time Sharing Option /Interactive System Productivity Facility (TSO/ISPF),Job Control Language (JCL),andBMC'sControl-M/Enterprise Manager.
