As a Project Manager III within PNC's Corporate Technology Office organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH, Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX.

The CTO Technology Portfolio Management Office (TPMO) is a centralized program and project management organization that partners across the CTO portfolio to deliver technology initiatives that support business strategy, operational transformation, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise technology capabilities. The team is responsible for driving execution excellence through program governance, integrated planning, financial management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, dependency management, and benefit realization.

TPMO's role extends beyond project administration; the organization is evolving toward being a strategic delivery partner that helps align business and technology priorities, influences decisions early, and drives measurable outcomes.

The Project Manager III role combines disciplined execution with strategic thinking, can quickly learn new domains, influence diverse stakeholders, and drive delivery outcomes in complex environments.

Preferred

Skills:

• PMP Certification
• Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.)
• Banking or financial services experience
• Familiarity with financial forecasting, benefit realization, and executive reporting
• Experience working in large, highly matrixed organizations
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Clarizen
• Demonstrated peer leadership and mentoring experience
