The Assembler at our Nicholasville, KY location involves working collaboratively to assemble Industrial Air Filtration systems in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours Monday
- Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Gather relevant blueprints; build sheets and necessary parts and hardware for assembly
• Use mechanical ability, work instructions and hand tools to assemble products
• Test equipment when necessary
• Operate Overhead Cranes and lifting devices
• Handle and transport materials and assembled products
• Perform quality inspection and complete necessary paperwork for records
• Package and crate assembled products and load for shipment
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
• Actively participate in DPS through continuous improvement and kaizen events
• Successfully complete annual RCRA Hazardous Waste and DOT Hazardous Material Training (if applicable)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:

• Handle materials with forklifts, cranes, carts, etc.
• Display mechanical aptitude
• Maintain quality consciousness
• Read blueprints and understand verbal and written instructions
• Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• Show mechanical aptitude and solve complex problems arising from a highly customized product line
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment

• Applicants must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H‑1B, J‑1, F‑1, CPT, OPT, etc.).
