- We are seeking an experienced Solid Dosage Process Engineer to provide hands‑on shop floor support for commercial‑scale manufacturing.
- This role will support ongoing production, PPQ activities, and tech transfer readiness to ensure successful site launch and consistent initial batch performance.
- Provide on‑the‑floor manufacturing support for solid dosage operations, including off‑shift support as needed.
- Oversee and support production activities, acting as floor‑level technical support. Review and support execution of manufacturing protocols and PPQ validation batches.
- Support tech transfer activities to ensure processes are site‑ready through launch. Troubleshoot process issues in real time to ensure batch success and compliance.
- Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of scaled processes.
