You will supervise packers and tow motor operators, ensure work instructions are followed, and coordinate finished product packaging to meet customer requirements and quality goals.
You will monitor safety, train and motivate crew, maintain daily packaging records, and collaborate with crane leaders, inspectors, line leaders, shipping personnel.
