Job Title: Assembly/Production Operator
Location: Nicholasville, KY
Shifts: 1st shift, Monday through Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm. Possible OT on Friday depending on business needs.
Pay Rate: $15.00

• Assemble electronic components and circuit boards according to work instructions.
• Operate drills and equipment assigned to finish products according to specifications.
• Use hand tools safely.
• Communicate with team regarding concerns, discrepancies, and improvement ideas.
• Quality inspection to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
• Test electronic products as required.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Work in a temperature-controlled environment.
• May require sitting for the majority of the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Safely operate tools and equipment while following established procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must comply with client's substance abuse and background policy.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 1 year of previous manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Prior assembly/production experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must have a stable work history in the last 7–10 years.
• Requires a keen eye for detail.
• High level of dexterity required for assembling.
