1st shift: 5:55AM-2PM Monday-Thursday, plus overtime as needed
2nd shift: 1:55PM-10PM Monday-Friday, plus overtime as needed
3rd Shift: 7:55PM-6AM Sunday-Wednesday, plus overtime as needed
- Base Pay $19.30 + per hour (depending on experience), plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Startup, operation, and shutdown of CNC fiber laser machine.
- Select nozzles for particular material being processed.
- Load programs and set machine parameters to achieve best performance.
- Perform first, last and periodical checks on parts and complete associated quality documents.
- Follow routers, schedules and work instructions.
- Communicate machine/quality issues to maintenance and quality to support personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing and able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks
- High school diploma or GED equivalency is preferred but not required.
- Basic reading, writing, and some advanced math skills required.
- Using hand tools and machines proficiently.
- Measuring, cutting, or working on items with great accuracy.
- Excitement to learn a new skill

- Spend majority of time in plant environment, subject to noise, dust, oils, some chemicals and uncomfortable environmental temperatures at times.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn including but not limited to: eyes, ear, foot and/or other protective devices as required.
