Operate a yard loader safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials. Load customer trucks accurately while maintaining production and quality standards. Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly. Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe and efficient operations. Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting team goals.
What Are We Looking ForDemonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial or aggregate environment. Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and situational awareness. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members, customers, and supervisors. Mechanical aptitude with the capability to inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs. Reliable, self-motivated individual with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands.
Conditionsof Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work EnvironmentRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
