Automotive Caster $17.80 Sebring OH - Train on 1st

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-2am and 8 hrs of OT on Fridays)

Training:
Initial training will be conducted on 1st shift for a period of two weeks.

Mancan Staffing, in collaboration with a Sebring-based company, is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Automotive Caster. As an Automotive Caster, you will play a crucial role in the casting process by ensuring the proper movement of parts from casting dies to the oven belt. This is a hands‑on role that requires attention to detail, good attendance, and the ability to maintain part weight and quality.

• Stand between a batch tank and an oven, using vacuum extractors to carefully move parts from the casting die to the oven belt.
• Maintain consistent part weight and quality standards throughout the casting process.
• Ensure the efficient and accurate transfer of parts, contributing to overall production goals.
• Operate a pressure washer to clean castings and dies, ensuring their readiness for the casting process.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality, as reliability is essential for the smooth operation of the production process.
• Engage in other general labor duties as required by the team and supervisors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Complete tasks efficiently within the designated shift hours.

• Strong emphasis on good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift without extended periods of movement.
• Willingness to undergo a two-week training period on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift.
• Capacity to follow instructions, maintain focus, and pay attention to detail.
• Physical ability to operate vacuum extractors and pressure washers as part of the casting process.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours (Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 3:00 AM).
• Successful candidates must submit to a drug test as part of the employment process.
