Description:

Support Family Ministry team by overseeing the wedding process and execution of marriage workshops and Fight Club.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Southland wedding process by doing the following:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for chapel weddings and weddings involving Southland officiants.
• Coordinate the identification and scheduling of wedding coordinators for chapel weddings and officiants for off-site weddings.
• Assist couples by guiding them through the required steps and timelines, ensuring completion of all elements of the wedding process.
• Maintain and update wedding documentation, forms, and workflows as needed.
• Serve as part of the Wedding Coordinator team, being on site for rehearsals and ceremonies when needed.
• Provide administrative support for wedding workshops
• Partner with local campus and groups staff to provide needed support for Men and Women’s fight club
• Support other ministry areas as needed

The schedule for this position is up to 20 hours a week and may include some evening and weekend hours.
