Cedarhurst Senior Living - - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care including medication distribution per individualized care plans.;
Observe residents, report changes to physicians/supervisors, and document relevant observations and interventions.;
Administer and document medications according to the five rights; perform glucose monitoring and insulin administration (insulin-certified).;
Assist with activities of daily living, transfers, ambulation, nutrition/hydration, and restorative nursing techniques.;
Promote safety, fall prevention, maintain a restraint-free environment, and communicate effectively with families and the team.
