Role Summary

Our client, a progressive community healthcare system, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care across multiple inpatient departments. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment that emphasizes patient-centered care, professional development, and continuous quality improvement.

Multiple openings are available across various specialty areas for both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and clinical progress
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Record vital signs, measurements, and other patient assessments
  • Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in patient rounds and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide leadership and clinical support while working collaboratively with fellow caregivers
  • Assist in maintaining unit readiness for regulatory and accreditation standards
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within one year of employment
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time position (36 hours per week)
  • Multiple openings across various clinical departments
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $50.00
    , based on education, experience, and assigned department
  • Shift differential:
    • $3.50/hour for eligible shifts
    • $4.50/hour for eligible shifts
