Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join the Taylor Hospital Rehab Unit. The RN will provide professional nursing care using the nursing process, assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes with patient/family input.
You will educate patients and families, document education in the health record, and collaborate with the Nurse Leader and interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
