Overall responsible for the technical roadmap planning and research and development strategy formulation of the company's PVD nano-coating materials and vacuum coating equipment;
Lead the team to complete the entire process of product development from laboratory research to large-scale production, and promote the successful commercialization of research results; focus on developing coating materials and processes for new business directions such as composite current collectors and vacuum lithium plating.
Lead the international R&D team and drive the innovation and iteration of core coating technologies such as DLC and chromium nitride, thereby enhancing the company's industry technical competitiveness.
